  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! In fact we are located outside US!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We will usually ship in 3 to 4 working days upon receiving order and payment.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Items will be shipped to address you had provided in your Storenvy account, to avoid delay in shipping. Please ensure that the address provided is correct. Thanks :)

    Any custom duty or import tax will be buyer responsibility.

  • How will my orders be shipped?

    All orders will be shipped via the Registered Airmail for shipping outside Singapore. Tracking will be offered via this shipping arrangement.

    This is the most economical way for us to send your wanted goodies to you with tracking. Sorry to keep you waiting.
